  • PolicyHolder Service - Inadequate Service
  • PolicyHolder Service - Delays/No Response
  • General - I feel abused by this company

After several years of being a customer. My wife came into the office to pay monthly auto insurance premimum. At this time no one at this office or any other disclosed that additional premimums are due at this time. The following month at this time discovered we were droped from coverage due to the non payment of the additional premimums. Which if we were informed at the time that the payment was needed would have been a little more profesonial. As a salesman my customers are my livelyhood and are treated as such . At this time i am requesting a new agent. Or new provider. In my field attention to all your customers is the Agent,s responsibility and this was not the first time .
