• Claim Handling - Denial of Claim

I parked my car in front of my home Saturday night .And someone smashed in to it Sunday morning ,Then drove off .Leaving back back of my car smashed in .report it to GMAC after the police got there ,GMAC tells me they aren't doing anything for me because it was a hit and run, I have vandalized protection on my policy .The car was park then someone smashed it . Then drove away seems like that would be vandalizing my car ,The damage is $3000 ,I have been with GMAC for 20 years and have paid them every month for 20 years don't know why they are giving me trouble about this but I'm not happy at all about how they are handling this and they will loose a customer after 20 years i know i have paid them enough money to help me when i need it from them but seems they don't thing i matter as a customer .
