• Claim Handling - Delays upon Delays

Dental claims were submitted to Metlife. However, they keep denying the claim stating it was not submitted in a timely manner! It was submitted the day after the treatment, again one month after that and one more month after that. Metlife is trying to keep from paying on claims because of false reasons.
