AT&T retiree 30yrs.in nov 2013 my policy was canceld by AT&T/bcbs, for default in pymnt which was unfounded.at&t eventually admitted it was an error on their part claims there was a computer glitch.because of their error my prescription coverage was canceled.after constantly dealing with them everyday for about a month it finally got corrected ( supposedly).jan 2014 it started all over again canceled again for the same reason default in payment which is incorrect again.i have reached my boiling point and am now reaching out too their complaint department I am now waiting for a response or help
From them.this is very irritating when my payments are always paid and are on time.i am pleading for help
From someone who can help me with this crisis.
