I was in a car accident on April 11th 2014. It is now May 20th 2014 and I still do not have my car back. After the accident it took the adjuster a week to come and estimate the damage. It was then taken to a well known body shop in my area to be repaired. Once the car was taken apart there was of course more damage. State Farm has provided inadequate service in handling adjustments and supplements. My car should have been finished weeks ago but because of state farm being incompetent it was not. It is now finished and has been for a week and a half however I still do not have my car because state farm is holding up proper paper work that needs to be faxed over to the company that fixed my car so they can release it to me. Very, very unsatisfied with state farm and I would not recommend them to anyone.
