The Insurance that my complaint is on repairs to my car. This Insurance was purchased by the loan thru Wells Fargo Dealers Services. I was having trouble with the brakes making grinding and they were pulling, also the car was leaning or sitting lower to the ground than it should. This was supposed to be covered by the Insurance Co. The Adjuster came and looked at the car on the hoist, he said that yes the brakes, drum and brake line, plus the ball joints, struts and something else did new service, but his company only would repair them if the fluid from them was leaking like a faucet. We could only pay to repair the struts. The others still need to be repaired. We have a service card that we used to pay for it, but we have to pay the breaks off before we can get any of the other repaired. This could mean our life! With winter here we can only drive the car. The Insurance Company should have repaired those things! What good is the Insurance if they take care of nothing! But we still are paying for it!!!!
