  • PolicyHolder Service - Delays/No Response
  • Marketing & Sales - Misleading Advertising

Issued a policy for one amount but when I received the payment notice it was much higher, my agent nor I could not get any explanation from Allstate, after the second letter to management I received a letter that did not answer why the issued policy and payments were different, in fact his or her rambling would have been an insult to a eight year old.
