I HAD 2 INSURANCE POLICIES ON MY UNCLE , HE PASSED AWAY ON 06/13/2014 I HAD A FINANICAL HARDSHIP A FEW MONTHS PRIOR TO HIM PASSING , GLOBE LIFE CONTACTED ME TO OFFER ME HELP WITH PAYING MY PREIUMS IF I COULD PAY FOR 2 MONTS ON THESES POLICIES THEY WOULD PICK UP THE OTHER 3 MONTHS WITH NO PENTALY NO CANCELLATION AND NO GAP IN THE COVERAGE , THIS WAS DONE ON 05/01/2014 AND IAM SAD TO SAY THAT ON 06/13/2014 MY UNCLE PASSED AWAY I HAVE HAD THESES POLICIES SINCE 01/13/2012 AND THEY WERE PAST THE 24 MONTH PERIOD GLOBE IS DISPUTING THIS CALIM IT HAS BEEN OVER 1 MONTH SINCE MY UNCLE PASSED AND MY FAMILY IS IN FINANICAL HARDSHIP DUE TO PAYING EXPENSES FOR HIM AND WE ARE ON THE VERGE OF LOOSING OUR HOME AND ALL UTILITES ARE SHUT OFF DUE TO THE DELAY IN THEM PAYING OUT ON THIS POLICY BECAUSE WE HAD TO USE OUR HOUSEHOLD MONEY TO TIE UP LOOSE ENDS WHEN HE PASSED SO THIS LEFT US UNABLE TO PAY OUR FINANICAL RESPONSEIBLITY , WE THOUGHT WE WOULD GET OUR MONEY BACK FROM THESES POLICIES SO WE USED OUR PERSONAL MONEY AND WITH THIS DELAY AND GLOBE CONTESTING THIS POLICY WE WERE UNABLE TO PAY OUR BILLS AND THE EXTENTION WE HAD ASKED FOR HAS LAPSED DUE TO GLOBE TAKING OVER A MONTH THEN JUST TO TELL ME THEY ARE NOT GOING TO PAY OUT ON THIS CLAIM DOSE ANY ONE KNOW A LAYWER WHO HANDLES NOTHING BUT INSURANCE COMPAINES SO I CAN TRY TO GET HELP BEFOR MY FAMILY IS PLACED OUT ON THE STREET DUE TO THE NON PAYMENT OF MY RENT WE ARE ALREADY SUUERING DUE TO ALL OTHER BILLS BEING DISSCONECCTED HELP US PLEASE ANY ONE
