I am a disabled senior
With a disability assitance we submitted a 99%
Completed inventory of items missing from
Purchase receipts from Auction, 3pg Apprsisal sheets,pictures, manuals with lot no with my name and date on the receipts .
We asked for assistance and an extension with form,ACV, FRV, RV , scheduled and not scheduled all the jargon
Judy Kimbke never answered one question only quoted duties after loss and my proof of loss was inadequate and inventory for 2 yrs
Would never tell us anything specific after countless request
Judy kimble sent a denial letter to the wrong
Address . We never knew and nothing was ever mentioned on memo other than case closed
Judy kimble made up 75% of her statements regarding the case that were never mentioned in letters
I insisted all correspondence be in writing because of all the dishonesty
I included the Federal Govt DOJ OCR ADA title 3 chapter 36 requirement for
Accommodations and Modifications.
The assistance and extension . Never a reply
To ad insult to injury
Judy Kimbke notified an agency block on all my information so no one can quote a replacement policy and the reason was FRAUD
There never was a discussion of ant items on the inventory or discussion of
Frsud or charges .
The Police dept did an written inventory 2x
Of the items not taken .
This agent Judy Kimble and Ron DePiazzo
Is a barrier to life . I have never in my life encountered such dishonesty
Please post this on the Internet and everywhere
I am notifying everyone from Dept of Ins to AG office to FTC requesting sanctions
I have been multiple lines since 1972 and only 3 Minot
Claims in last 5yrs
1. Trailer window vandals $900.
2. Front windshield on vehicle cracked in 117 degree Az sun
3. SUV with low jack stolen by heroin
Addict from ohio to Florida . I recovered vehicles only $2300 dsmage & I requested restitution for my Insurancs Co
4. House robbed 2-2-2013 -claim denied
Please voice your concerns for me to media,Usaa corporate office and Dept of Ins in Ohio
