The adjuster spoke to him on the day of this posting. We had the wrong number for him. He said once we got the correct contact information everything has been great. The claim has been resolved and he is very happy with the service.
InsuranceComplaint.com can confirm that this compliant has been resolved. Selective Insurance indicated that 'The claim has been resolved and he is very happy with the service." We contacted the complainant and confirmed that a resolution has been met. Donal emailed us and stated "They did great once they got going. I'm pleased with the final effort.
