  • General - I feel abused by this company

I have four Life Insurance Policies. I have submitted checks for policies payments, indicating in check memo where the funds should be applied. The payments have been misdirected, misapplied, causing the policies status to become delinquent. Failing to communicate failing to resolve the matters.
