• Claim Handling - Delays upon Delays

Hello,

I am filing this complaint because I was involved in an auto accident in which a state farm policy holder hit my vehicle. I called state Farm the same day to report the claim. Since then I have not be able to reach my claims adjuster. I have left Alessia fossi a few voice messages no return calls so I called on Aug 7th select 0 to speak with another person and I was told that they believe their policy holder got an attorney so they are not able to speak to me. Yesterday Aug 12 I get a letter in the mail dated Aug 3 saying she is trying to contact me. this is not true.
I need this claim to be reviewed state farms client was crossing a merging lane to get in to the main road making a left turn I was going straight heading west when I got hit in the driver side quarter panel causing me to spin a few times in the middle of the road. Alfredo the other drive side he did not see me.

There were no injuries all I am asking is for my car to be repair.
