• Claim Handling - Unsatisfactory Settlement/Offer

A neighbor's car destroyed our bushes. He is covered by USAA. Our neighbor was most helpful, but his insurance company did not cover the entire damage cost. The damage was over $600.00. USAA chose not to pay the taxes on the replacement bushes and labor. We feel that we should have had no financial liability. If USAA doesn't pay taxes on all of their claim, they are saving millions of dollars at our expense. What is our recourse?
