I was involved in an auto accident with a driver who is insured by Geico I was hit in the rear by their insured at a high rate of speed causing $2500.00 worth of damage to my vehicle and causing injuries to me their driver was cited when the police came I was not. Geico refused me a rental car and has refused to send out an adjuster to see the damage on my vehicle. Geico has been rude making false accusations and denied this claim on the other drivers word only. Bad faith claims handling practices.
