My doctor of over 20 years could do me no further good without an MRI. I was not allowed to get the MRI the next day without getting authorization. As of Friday, the authorization had still not come thru. They are closed on Saturday, so the first chance will be Monday. If it is approved Monday without having to jump thru additional hoops. I am in constant severe pain due to suspected sciatica. A course of treatment cannot be prescribed until the problem is shown on an MRI. I've lost nearly a week due to bull crap of this company. Everyone in the healthcare industry I mention Coventry to says they are the worst of the worst. I will definitely change companies next year. I'm on Medicare and this advantage plan was supposed to simplify things.
