• PolicyHolder Service - Delays/No Response

Its been a week that I asked Hiscox to add my client in my general liability policy as additional insured. But even after 1 week my request has not been processed. because of which I'm on verge of loosing my client.
When asked the rep how much time will it take she says she cant say. Highly unprofessional company.
