On February 19 I was involved in an auto collision in which the second vehicle was at fault. The second vehicle is insured with Allstate, policy #977640251, the second driver's Pennsylvania driver's license is #30513496, Pennsylvania State Police incident number is, E01-1640921.

The All State adjuster's settlement amounted to a salvage yard price for my vehicle which he totaled. Although my vehicle is a model year 2000, it was my only source of transportation. It was maintained in top condition which is quite expensive to do.

I feel that the settlement should allow me to replace the vehicle with one of the equivalent value.

I spent most part of two days trying to talk with All State representatives, talking to several, only to be transferred from one to the next and or left on hold.

Is there anything that could be done to render me a vehicle equal to the one I lost?
