Eries covered driver, truck had a huge 5 by 7 3 inch thick piece of ice come off his roof and strike our passenger side window coming through onto our son, passenger, bruising 3 ribs, thank god did not kill him. when the adjuster (erie) came out was yelling that he did not ask to be there quite aggressive and was a little afraid of him. lied about what it cost to fix our cadillac lied and stated the Bowser Cadillac told him they would do work for what his estimate was for, lied and said another garage local said they would do work, they dont work on cadillacs, under estimated damage, threatened us with insurance fraud for the damage ice don to bottom of vehicle. this guy did nothing but lied and threaten us.
