my name is Ronald Snyder, I recently purchased Auto Insurance from the Janill Robinson Insurance Agency I Alexandria Louisiana. I purchase Liability & Collission. The total came to $475 I handed the the agent 5 $100 bills. The agent Janill Robinson kept it all. Janill Robinson stole $25 from me.
