• General - I feel abused by this company

I recently purchased auto insurance from an Allstate agent "Janell Robinson Insurance Agency in Alexandria La. The total coverage came to $475, I handed her five $100 bills & she kept it all. Janell Robinson stole $25 from me! I very highly recommend that people buy their auto insurance from a different auto insurance agency. Ronald Snyder
