The Geico policy holder hit our car on the driver side while she was backing up.That woman gave us her insurance info,her cellphone no.right after the incident.Then my husband called the GEICO rep says they will call the policyholder w/c did not answer them back.Our claim was denied.They did not pursue contacting their policyholder becauseb they don\'t want to pay the damages.Is that how the insurance is handled Here?
