Under the terms of the policy and my recent shoulder repair, the company is denying the claim. Since the operation, August 12, 2014, I am still unable to work and lift my arm normally.

I am unable to properly cook for myself, dressing is certainly a problem as well as bathing.

Additionally, due to having cadaver skin implanted on my shoulder to hold the tendon in place, there is swelling and a possible infection which will cause additional suffering.

Hartford is not complying with the terms of the policy and flatly denied the claim as per the letter dated September 22, 2014.
