i have been with aflac since 2004, made a claime because i was diagnosed with cancer,(covered with aflac cancer insurance) and have recieved no contact with my agent. I called the 800 number, which they did comply that they would send out the needed forms, however my complaint is with my agent Kim, and thats all i know, (no last name) whom has done nothing..NOTHING to help me in any way, when I talked with the 800 people, they blew it off as so what.just call the 800 number.so my problem is this agent getting paid for her non services? if that is the case, then i would think you would not want her in your employ She is certainly NOT worthy of any income from your company.
