They debited my checking account a second time for $248.67 on 3/21/2014 , the account had been paid on 3/10/2014 Confirmation number 919027. This second debit over drew my account. I started calling Health net at 9:15am and waited over a half hour to talk to some one, they looked at the account and said she needed to transfer me to some one else to correct the problem. I was transferred back to the automated operator I original went thru for another hour. When I reached a rep he said he couldn't help me and gave me another phone number, I asked for the supervisor, he said they were not in the room, I told him I would wait, then he hung up on me. It is now 11:21 Am and I am trying to get thru the number the operator who hung up on me gave me, I'm Still waiting....................................................................................................................................................................................
