On march 4 /2014 a Allstate client hit my cars parked in the parking lot of my apartment we call the police and I field a claim with Allstate after one week trying to speak with the adjuster she just answer me after I told a to someone on her office the a going to get a lawyer .she was rude and say she couldn't done anything for me before she heard the guy that hit my cars , I send her the police report showing that was his fault she just told that she have 30days to finish her investigation and the guy didn't. Answer his phone..so I still without my car and my husband is lost few constructions job because his car was total loss..allstate is the worse company...

It is not just Allstate. In FL, a company cannot pay a claim without speaking with their insured. If their insured is not cooperating, you will have to either file against your insurance, if you have collision coverage, or take the other person to court. There is no statutary time frame to pay a claim.
