state farm cant tell me if the woman that hit my car had insurance at the time of acciedent. it happened on jan. 24 and it is march 5 . have had one return call that is it called them at least 3 times a week . i had state farm also .changed insurance company. how long does it take to find out if she had insurance? the woman handling case is never in her office.
