Amerisure Insurance This is a 3rd party construction defect claim.
William Goodman had the claim for a year and never had anyone inspect the property. Kyle Summer took over the claim, never informed me of the transition, while I continued to email Goodman, who never answered. Summer never once contacted me for the year he had the file. When I learned he had the file and telephoned him and emailed him, he never once responded. Then Rachel Morelli took over the claim file. She sent out Pietro Scudieri of Toturo & Company who took a statement that was incomplete and did not cover all elements of his inspection prior to the statement. Scudieri lied regarding the inspection and statement. Scudieri and Morelli colluded and conspired to fraudulently deny my construction defect claim and make a Bad Faith, low ball settlement offer. This is one of those times I believe in Sha'ria Law.
