• General - I feel abused by this company

my mom has dementia for four years and the insurance company called state farm has crossed the line by saying they got permission from her to escrow the ins,we paid with automatic payment all year which came to 867.00 dollars now the mortgage company sent state fram a check for 900.00 dollars that means we paid double for a year we have a refund check for 76.58 dollars i think that the vev tripp ins of eastpoint michigan state farm is doing croked things to our senoirs and some one has to stop them we need that escrow check that we usually get, so how can we make sure they dont do this anymore beacuse we never said they could but they lid and said they talked to my mom and theirs no way i have power of attorney and a joint bank account with my mom.
