• Marketing & Sales - Misrepresentation

Contacted a Standard Health Ins. representative regarding a quotation.After asking alot of questions regarding co pays, deductables and varius coverages I was given a quote and was assured the policy would be exactly as stated.A copy of the policy would be sent once the premium was received.Sent in the
premium and when we received the policy it was totally differant
than what was discussed.Cancelled it immediately.The agreement was if not satisfied the total premium would be returned.After 45 days and alot of excuses I still have not received the premium due me.
What a scam.
