  • PolicyHolder Service - Denied Access to Services
  • PolicyHolder Service - Abusive Service

On Friday after noon I called state farm office and they were closed. my call was transfer, I spoke to one of the employee, than I was transfer again to another employee. I gave her my account number my address. my name. this was not good enough, she started to ask very personal questions, what was my birthday how tall I was also she wanted my bank account number all this time she kept on saying I'm trying to verify who you are?.The reason I called State Farm was to fine out when my next payment was do. I feel that this Incompetent employee is still working for State Farm she Denied me access to my account.
