  • PolicyHolder Service - Inadequate Service
  • PolicyHolder Service - Abusive Service

I call and asked about coverage for my computers and I was fooled into putting in a claim to get an answer. Nothing was paid or received from em but now my insurance coverage went up on my home by over $250.00
Very unfair.
