Insurance Company: California Casualty

• Claim Handling - Rude/Abusive Adjuster
• Claim Handling - Denial of Claim
• General - I feel abused by this company

In my opinion California Casualty uses sleazy tactics to deny claims. I have been insured by them for 14 years and when i finally had a homeowners claim for hail damage instead of sending out an adjuster they sent out an engineer whose sole purpose was to refute evidence for the purpose of denying my claim when the evidence in favor of my claim is overwhelming. Shortly after filing my claim they dropped my homeowners insurance as well. Bottom line this is a cut rate insurance company and you get what you pay for!
