• General - I feel abused by this company

I changed my insurance from just liability to full coverage, not a day after i did that my car got hit while parked. I have 2 witnesses and I called the police and have pictures. They refuse to pay the claim saying they have no proof an accident occurred. Plus questioned why i changed to full coverage. Worse experience of my life, then a guy claiming he was from their fraud department called bullying me and picking on my words talking about i had previous damage, which i did and if you were concerned about it look at the car! They bullyed my witness and me! And ain't paying!
