• Claim Handling - Unsatisfactory Settlement/Offer
• Claim Handling - Fraud
• Claim Handling - Denial of Claim
• Claim Handling - Unjustified Accusations
• Marketing & Sales - Misrepresentation
• General - I feel abused by this company

Thousands of single Federal employees with a dependent are grossly misled being advised they need to keep paying for dependents primary health insurance with Anthem after dependent becomes covered for Primary health coverage with the dependents employer's plan.Charges for primary coverage is then still collected by Anthem whereas payment for these uncollectible policies continue to be converted to the insurers cash drawer with little to no risk of any claim ever being paid on these uncollectible "coverages" leaving each of these devoted hard working Federal employees being duped out of approx. $5,000 per year....each!!! Please act to stop this outrageous fraudulent activity.
