I have been forced to use a mail order pharmacy for my medication.
The mail-order pharmacy Express-scripts insists I use Accredo. This company insists I call in every refill request, asks me to repeat things two or three times, keeps me on hold for long periods of time 15-30 minutes and then never sends the medication. First they want prior authorization from my Dr. My Dr. faxes the form to the number ACCREDO provides. Still no medicine. Then they say I didn't call them to schedule a shipment.
Now I am out of medication and they can't get it out to me for 5 days. They put in a charge for the medicine on December 11 but it it is now Dec. 30,2014 and I will not have the medicine this year. I don't know what else I can do. Is it fraud that they say they filled it December 11 but never shipped it out?
