• Claim Handling - Delays upon Delays

Got hit out of town. No response to requests for claims. Had to call for 4 days in a row to finally get claims rep which then has to request adjuster. Takes another 3 days. They are not there when you need them. I wish I could sue for lost pay and pain and suffering. No car in the middle of no where.

Still stuck in western NY
