I filed a short term disability claim with USA Life in July originally for back pain subsequent testing showed i had 3 golf ball size tumors on my kidney which they had to remove my kidney pathology reports showed the tumors to be cancerous SALIne denied my claim stating that i had been in a accident a few years back and was recent king ongoing treatment for the back pain and denied my claim as preexisting i refined my claim for review it took 10 days to pick of my certified mail and sign for it and another. 45 days for them to again deny my claim stating that i was taken off work for back pain that was preexisting even though customer service was told that testing and my orthodox doctor had found the tumors and referred me to the specialist and even that back pain is a symptom
