I had car accident June 22, 2013 an Client of Farmer Bureau Made a left turn in on coming traffic, ME. The non-adjuster contacted me once and gave me the claim number a week later. The police report showed that her client was at fault. Seven weeks later when I had not been contacted regarding repairs to my car or medical expense or my lost work, I was told that I was going through my Insurance as though TN was a no fault state, it is not.

They have paid for the repair to my car but have told the doctor they need more information from me. They have not contacted regarding that information.

As to my lost wages and pain and suffering I have been told that I need to get a form they wont send and have my employer, main office in Pakestain complete to prove I have a job.

They have no interest in settling this claim and I guess I may have to file against the other drive to get a small claim, to the insurance company, I only missed two weeks work, setttled.
