We own a 41 foot park travel trailor, that was recently damaged by heavy rains this summer! We called Progressive Ins. Co. that have had for 4 yrs.at $1100. per yr. Notified Ins. Agent who had it moved to Parliament Coach Repair in Clearwater. We paid a friend to disconnect for moving! $600.00. It was taken there and repaired a large slideout badly damaged by water, at a cost of $12,757.00. Progressive refused to pay anything, even the towing all and all that was done! We were covered for towing also!
We were never told that they do not cover water damage when we signed up for the Insurance! We are Seniors, that feel we have been taken advantage of! Can you help us as we had to put $10,000. on Discover in order to get our Trailor back right away! We are planning to pay this off in 30 days so no interest!
It is putting our savings pretty low! Not fair!! Thankyou so much for your help!
