I was quoted a price from USAA for my new vehicle. I was with State farm for 6 years and USAA prior to that for about 8 years. The reason I left USAA for State Farm was because the rates would go up and they never had a good explaination. Well I was stupid and thought I would try them again. After explaining to USAA I was with them before I wanted to give them another try. SOOOOOOO they quoted me a great price for my new car and I changed over to them three months ago. SOOOOOOOOO they pulled the Bait and Switch on my policy, charged me more than what I was quoted and then when I called them about it and called them out on it, the reply I received was, " I.m offended that you would accuse us of that." I did not accuse anyone of anything, I just wanted to know whay my insurance increased so much over the past three months? The woman I spoke to from USAA on the phone became extremely RUDE and when I asked to speak to her Supervisor she hung up on me. When trying to call back the offices were closed?
