Insurance Company: The Travelers Companies
Coverage Type: Homeowners Insurance

• Claim Handling - Unsatisfactory Settlement/Offer
• General - I feel abused by this company

Vehicle hit my home. Insurance rep/adjuster assessed damages with THEIR insurance contractor. Structural Engineer assessed damages. Travelers wants to give me approximately $20,000.00 estimates I received upward of $100,000.00 plus. Travelers has received one estimate denied to see the others. Travelers has now put a demand and I have to hire a private adjuster at MY EXSPENCE. Travelers should be representing me as I am their client instead they are protecting themselves. Travelers shame shame on you!!!
