I have tried to file a claim with Travlers twice for Bricks in my Laundry Room deterioating and mold in my Rec. Room. I spoke with an Agent today and was denied for a second time. When I asked "What was I surpose to do, stay here until the house falls in on me ", and I was told "YES". Is this the way you talk to a paying customer, I think not. Are we paying for Insurance but not being covered. It sounds to me like a Scam, we're paying for a service that we are not getting, at least not in the way we expected.
