I paid for my insurance policy for eleven years with Farmers Insurance. Farmers did put a new roof on after hurricane Katrina. Three years later I moved to San Antonio, Texas to take care of my parents, both in their middle eighties. I informed Farmers of this move, and told them my house was vacant.

I kept paying my outrageous premiums for the next four years from Texas. Kurt Wielkens in Mobile, Alabama knew my telephone number, address, and email in Texas but did not bother to call me. He did mail my bill to my house in Alabama, which was promptly returned to him because I have not lived there the last 4 years.

He then cancelled my insurance because I had not paid the bill.

I had been Grandfathered in for Wind & Hail because I had them for many years. Farmers Insurance is a low life for how they treated me after being a loyal customer. I would never use Farmers Insurance, as they Lie & Delay. The Insurance company needs to be more heavily regulated by the State.
