• Claim Handling - Fraud

My mother had a hysterectomy without my consent Amerigroup will not release the information on the procedure or the hospital that performed the surgery. I am her POA. The assigned nurse case manager was informed and did nothing to help me to resolve this issue. The complaint department is still stalling as well.
