• General - I feel abused by this company

I have a home owners insurance policy with farmers insurance in Vallejo California.. I split the payments into two for the year using my credit card. I made my second payment a month ago.. Then I found another company that gave me a much better rate for my homeowners policy.. I contacted the Vallejo office for a refund on my policy that was not used.. They declined to give me a refund.. So what do I have to do.. This is not right. Do I go to the California board of insurance. ? Call me- I'm not too much a computer person. I'm retired with a small pension.. Roland DeGuarda
