I have tried numerous times to try to get treatment for pain and was told they would help me find a doctor and that they would get back to me the next day ..that was the 1st time well they never did so after 3days I called again and was told they have plenty of doctors and that they would even set up an appointment for me.. So I went to the appointment and was told that I had to have injections in my back before they would even think about writing a prescription for my pain.. I had explained to the doctor and also brought my MRI AND NOTES ABOUT THE MRI.. But then was told she will not write one unless I had the injections so I showed her that I just had injections done and that they did not work and my doctor told me that I have to have my back fused and that there was no need to have injections since they will have no effect on me..so I called back and told the insurance company that all I need is for them to help me find a pain specialist that would help me until I would have my surgery ..so I was told that they would FIND ME ONE.well me and my wife went through every single doctor in there book and not one takes there insurance or are not taking anymore patients ..so I had explained that to them and then again BUT THIS TIME NOT ONLY WILL THEY FIND ME ONE BUT (PROMISED) ME.. AND THEY HAD NEVERED CALLED ME BACK.. SO I filed a grievance against them and was told it will take 60 days.... And on top of that lied and said they sent out a letter.. Well to my surprise that was October 2nd and I looked at when they sent it out it was postmarked October 8th so we tried again and explained to them why do they have over 100 doctor's in there book and and 1 OF THEM WILL EXCEPT ME OR THERE INSURANCE.. SO AGAIN I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME ..OHH AND WHEN TALKING TO THE ADJUSTER HE DID NOTHING BUT TELL ME HOW HE UNDERSTANDS WHAT I'M GOING THROUGH BECAUSE his wife has cancer..PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME
