Thank you very much for your emails, I wrote you several weeks ago to let you know that I had accepted a position with another firm. I appreciate the time that I spent with Erika, she is very good at what she does. Everyone there at your office are very professional and helpful.

My reason for this email is to ask for my refund that I spent to review the online studies and work preparation for taking the exam. I never used the online sessions because I accepted another position. Can you please send me my refund. I gave Erika cash and she put the charges on her debit card, I came with cash to pay for the online courses because that is what I was told to do. Since I never used the training can you please mail me my money. I need it as soon as possible, please.
