I bought trip insurance for a cruise for my wife and myself.I had confirmed my trip and was ready to go .I slipped an fell and was layed up for a week or so but definitely did not want to be miserable on the trip.I injured my back on the 30 th of april 2012 cancelled the trip imediately and requested a cancellation packet from CSA to make a long story short I went to two doctors the first one on the 13 th of may when i was able to walk and get an appt.They are denying me because i have to go to the doctor "around"the time of injury.11 days after i was suppose to leave on a nine day cruise i was barely able to go to doctor for treatment.
