As a medical biller this is the most frustrating company to deal with! It amazes me how they can process and deny a claim within a week but to process a pay a claim takes months! Been getting the run around for a surgery that was performed in April and they still haven't paid the claim. I swear their motive is deny all large dollar claims. So you can spend endless hours on the phone talking to incompetent people that tell you its in process!!
