My rims were stolen off of my car, I filed a claim and Direct treated me as if I was a criminal trying to rip them off and to add insult to injury they only offered $1,000 coverage for rims that cost me $2800.00 radio and tv which was well over $700.00.......I wasnt advised by the Agent to get additional coverage for my vehicle or accessories. I have been waiting over a week to hear from someone abt my claim. Everytime I call I get the run around and no response at all.
